Anchor Team Marketing is a leading insurance agency based in the South East. We are seeking a highly motivated Life and Health Insurance Agents to join our team. As an Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their life and health insurance options and recommending policies that meet their individual needs. Responsibilities: * Conduct client needs analysis and recommend appropriate life and health insurance policies * Meet with clients to review policy details and assist with enrollment * Provide excellent customer service and support to clients * Follow up on leads provided by the company to generate new business * Attend company training sessions and complete licensing requirements to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services Requirements: * Must Obtain or Maintain a valid Life and Health insurance license * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven track record of sales success * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be willing to attend company training sessions and complete licensing requirements * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: * Competitive compensation package * Comprehensive training at our office and in the field * All leads and sales material provided * Fast track for new agent licensing * Supportive team environment * Flexible Schedule, you will be able to set your own appointments If you are a highly motivated individual with a track record of success and are passionate about helping others, then we want to hear from you.
