If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Innovo Detox team as a Business Development Representative. About Innovo Detox: At Innovo Detox, we are dedicated to being a transformational influence for patients and their loved ones, creating a ripple effect of positive change. Our treatment center has both a co-occurring program SUD and primary mental health residential program, located in Abbottstown, PA. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals on their journey to healing. Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact by collaborating with hospitals and other referral partners. Your primary responsibility will be to discuss the exceptional services offered by Innovo Detox and facilitate access to patients in need of care. Your efforts will directly contribute to changing lives and promoting healthier communities. Key Responsibilities: * Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other referral partners to increase awareness of White Light Behavioral Health's treatment programs. * Actively engage in networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities to represent the organization and identify potential partnerships. * Actively promote Innovo Detox's substance abuse and primary mental health services lines in the field * Conduct regular meetings and presentations with referral partners to provide detailed information about our treatment services and the benefits of collaboration. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient patient referral process, demonstrating a patient-centric approach throughout. * Track and analyze data related to business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or behavioral health industry. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value and mission of White Light Behavioral Health. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a passion for connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. * Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment and mental health services is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
