Customers love our product for its quality, ease of use, scalability, and robust API --now we need you to help show them the vision. What you 'll do: * Engage & Qualify: Respond to inbound leads and trial sign-ups, build relationships, and understand their needs. * Run Impactful Demos: Tailor presentations to each prospect's pain points. No cookie-cutter pitches. * Own the Sales Cycle: From first call to close - qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality, messaging, and onboarding. * Stay Sharp & Organized: Keep your pipeline clean in HubSpot and respond fast. Speed and precision matter. What we 're looking for: * 3+ years success in B2B SaaS sales (bonus if at a startup or in AI/tech). You've owned a quota and have the wins to show for it. Inbound experience highly preferred - you know how to handle leads that come to you (and make them glad they did!). * Dynamic demo skills : You can command a (virtual) room, tell a compelling story, and adjust on the fly. You excel at translating complex tech into real-world value. * Consultative approach : You ask great questions and truly listen. You're seen by prospects as a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson. * Drive & autonomy: You take initiative. Give you a pipeline and you run with it - but you also know when to rally team resources to close the deal. You thrive in a startup environment where you can create structure, not just follow it. * Tech savvy : Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and you embrace using AI tools like ChatGPT to work smarter. (If you're already the type to automate your follow-ups, you'll fit right in!) * High-energy & positive: You bring enthusiasm to your work that inspires colleagues and clients alike. Rejection rolls off you; you see each "no" as one step closer to the next "yes."
