In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expending relationships with our key accounts, bringing on new customers, an leading strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities: * Customer Acquisitions & Onboarding: Utilize your existing book of business to attract and onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term satisfaction. * Account Management : Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key accounts, proactively offering solutions tailored to their shipping needs. * Sales Strategy : Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that align with Milsped's growth objectives. * Daily Operations: Coordinate daily shipment requests through phone and email, addressing issues proactively and maintaining clear communication with clients. * Market & Technology: Stay informed on market trends and effectively use Milsped's technology and tools, including TMS and Salesforce, to optimize logistics solutions. Qualifications: * Must have an existing book of business with strong, established relationships in the industry. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth. * Proficiency in Salesforce, TMS, and other relevant tools; strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven.
