Job Description Our sales team operates together to provide an exceptional and personal experience for every customer. We are motivated by shared core values and believe that our type of selling is helping. Team members are expected to : * Reach out to interested prospects by telephone and email daily * Refine their skills through our coaching program and through independent learning * Understand the products that we offer by completing assigned courses * Work with prospects at the dealership providing a consultative, needs and solutions based personalized presentation * Follow-up with all sold and unsold customers using our customer relationship software * Assist in daily sales team tasks such as moving cars, processing trades, etc. * Not settle for mediocrity!
