Description The Leasing Professional is responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Provides a high level of customer service and should possess expert knowledge of the property, its competitors and its market. Requirements * Have a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. * Must have minimum 1 year in A Class or Lease Up experience. * High School diploma or GED. * Excellent problem solving and communication skills. * Able to work weekends. * Both English and Spanish Speaking.
