Modernform Cabinets and Closets is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with 20/20 Design software experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, generate sales, and provide expert design and product recommendations for kitchen and bath projects. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, strong communication skills, and technical expertise in 20/20 Design software. Key Responsibilities : * Create Estimates : Use 20/20 Design software to create accurate estimates and visual designs based on customer specifications. * New Business Development : Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. * Customer Consultations & Design Support: Assist customers with their kitchen and bath designs, providing expert recommendations using 20/20 Design. * Order Management : Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate communication with internal teams to meet project deadlines. * Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure seamless project completion and customer satisfaction. * Customer Relationship Building : Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Qualifications : * 20/20 Design Experience Required : Proficiency in 20/20 Design software is essential for creating customer estimates and design solutions. * Sales Experience Required : Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or account management role. * Strong Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. * Computer/Software Literate : Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software tools. Preferred but not Required : * Experience in kitchen and bath sales * Knowledge of the dealer/wholesale industry * Customer Service Focus : A commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and resolving issues promptly. Compensation : $45,000 base salary + 1% sales commission on assigned house accounts 2%, 3% and 5% on different price level.
