Outside Sales Executive, Commercial Technology Sales (5+ yrs B2B sales exp. req.) Location: Must reside within the territory Territory: South Carolina and Georgia Salary: $65,000 Base + Commission (OTE $110,000 -$140,000+) + Car Allowance ($7,200) * *Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k, PTO, Holidays, Cell Phone, Car Allowance, Gas Card Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field Sales + Work from Home) Travel: throughout territory Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Outside Sales Executive, Commercial Technology Sales Description Our client, a commercial systems integrator, is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to lead sales and business development efforts across their South Carolina and Georgia market. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time meeting with clients in the field while having flexibility to work from home as needed. You'll represent the client's full technology portfolio -- including AV, CCTV, food service and ordering systems, cabling, and managed IT services -- with a strategic focus on building recurring revenue streams. This is an ideal opportunity for a B2B sales pro eager to grow a territory and sell solutions into QSR, retail, construction/facility management and healthcare sectors. Outside Sales Executive, Commercial Technology Sales Responsibilities * Prospect and close new accounts across QSR, retail, healthcare, and GCs * Build and expand client relationships focused on long-term contracts * Sell full portfolio: AV, security, cabling, IT services, digital signage, intercom systems * Educate clients on managed services and support agreement value * Manage proposals with support from engineering and estimating teams * Track pipeline and activity within CRM * Achieve monthly revenue and recurring contract targets * Stay informed on territory rights and brand exclusivity Outside Sales Executive, Commercial Technology Sales Qualifications * 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience required * Experience with full-cycle sales (prospecting to closing) required * Experience selling into QSR, retail, construction, facilities or healthcare required * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required * Willingness to travel locally within the territory required About #twiceasnice Recruiting Across industries, roles, and North America, we help clients quickly attract top talent with custom-built searches.
