What you will be doing:* * Assisting homeowners with the claims process and meeting with adjusters* * Attending weekly team meetings with Sales Manager* * Prospecting and contacting potential customers* * Collect payments from customers* * Getting on roofs to check for damages* What you bring:* * Money motivated * Competitive attitude * Solid work ethic * Customer service skills * Sales experience Compensation package:* * Bonus opportunities * Paid training * Commission pay Schedule:* * 8 hour shifts, some weekends Qualifications:* * Demonstrated experience in negotiation, customer service, and sales * Proficiency in outside sales and B2B sales * Strong skills in business development and account management * Ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively * Experience in cold calling and upselling techniques * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
