Qualified candidates must be a results-driven sales representative in order to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Candidates with relationships/industry knowledge related to the following segments are a plus: -Property Management, insurance agencies, facilities management including schools, general contracting, and real estate. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Candidate must be able to sell the BELFOR brand utilizing accepted BELFOR practices and marketing material. You will be required to attend client meetings and trade shows as appropriate. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: * Conduct outside sales calls according to KPI Performance Metrics. * Identify target customers and prospects to contact. * Present and market Belfor accurately. * Build relationships based on trust and confidence. * Follow up on leads to generate new business. * Network with professional trade groups through involvement in associations, meetings, and events. * Follow up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare presentations, proposals, forecasts, sales contracts, status reports and activity reports. * Attend weekly sales meetings. * Submit weekly sales plan. * Log all activity into the BCS contact Management System to include customer contact, phone calls, emails, etc. * Update to BCS to be within 24 hours of contact or event. * Develop and maintain current knowledge of Belfor services, industry trends, and competitive information. * You may and will be included in meetings and all correspondences that include any and all information pertaining to New York, CT, Northern NJ, Rhode Island[1] , Massachusetts, New Hampshire.
