We are currently seeking a dynamic leasing consultant with experience in the property management industry to assist in all leasing aspects of our portfolio in Ossining NY. As a Leasing Consultant , you will be responsible for: * Brand recognition and online reputation. * All aspects of leasing including; generating new leads, touring prospective residents, converting prospects into new leases. * Creating, and distributing approved marketing material for new prospects, existing residents, and local merchants. * Accurately process new lease applications, generate leases for new residents and lease renewals for existing residents. * Work with the maintenance team on daily service calls; scheduling and complete follow up to ensure resident satisfaction. * Full Leasing Reporting * Compliance with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations. * Perform all other duties assigned. Qualifications * 1+ years of experience on-site leasing * Self-motivated * Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills * Proficient in property management software, report writing, excel, and word * Customer service skills and experience * Professional References Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,760.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Ossining, NY (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Ossining, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
