Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Canvassers to join our team. In this role, you will engage with community members through door-to-door lead generation. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with residents and share information about our initiatives. * Effectively communicate key messages and answer questions for home owners. * Collect data and feedback from interactions to inform future outreach strategies. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the management team. Experience * Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills can enhance outreach efforts. * Experience in supervising teams or leading initiatives is beneficial but not required.
