Leasing Agent - The Avery, Willingboro NJ Weiss Properties, a New Jersey based real estate development company, is looking for an excellent leasing agent to add to our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for The Avery, our 450 unit multifamily residential apartment community located in Willingboro New Jersey. The Leasing Agent is the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents. This position will support residents throughout the lifecycle of their residency. Responsibilities * Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner and passionately conduct property tours showcasing our beautiful units. * Perform strong outreach marketing, which include (1) responding via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing information, (2) follow-up with prospective tenants utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM system), (3) collaborating with Apartments.com and other rental websites, (4) provide weekly reports of the traffic, and (5) call or visit competitive properties to update market pricing. * Convert prospects into tenants, which includes (1) processing rental applications and conduct background checks, and (2) coordinate move-in and move out processes. * Keep our tenants happy by (1) conducting daily tour paths and curb appeal inspections, (2) providing great customer service, (3) brainstorm and run events and community gatherings for the tenants, and (4) promptly respond to resident service requests. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of residential leasing required. * Must be able to work and maintain a flexible work schedule which may require weekend and/or holidays. * Understand and support the customer experience vision for the Avery Apartments. * Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team. * Strong organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Customer Relationship Management System.
