Rare opportunity now exists to join our team as a licensed Insurance Account Executive! Educators Insurance Services (EIS) was formed to provide sales and customer service to its present and future customers in the educational community. We offer group voluntary insurance products to New Jersey educators. Our sales representatives average over 20 years of experience working with New Jersey educators, so turnover is rare. This company is not just about selling insurance, but rather protecting members and their families against unforeseen situations. The ideal candidate will have some sales experience and be comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals. Responsibilities: * Develop ongoing relationships with important group contacts * Meet sales goals and objectives * Develop new sales opportunities and make sales presentations weekly * Schedule appointments and travel to schools to meet with members * Daily communication with members to provide sales and customer service * Must respond to members in a timely fashion What we are looking for: * Motivated, career minded individual with integrity * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Self-starter with ability to work independently * Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills * Outstanding written and oral communication skills+ * Ability to commute to different schools throughout New Jersey every day. On average, two hours commute per day three times each week. * Experience in sales preferred, but not required * Life and Health insurance licenses will be required * Bachelor's degree required * Bilingual preferred Expected 1st year compensation: $65,000-80,000 (includes base plus incentives) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Performance bonus Application Question(s): * Are you willing to drive throughout the state as part of this job?
