Full description of the position
The Director of Sales, reports directly to the COO and the Executive Management Team for Tower Products Incorporated. The Director of Sales, also referred to as Sales Director, is our sales leader and is responsible for driving future sales success and delivery on current revenue expectations. The Director of Sales directly oversees all aspects of sales operations and is responsible for sales planning, defining career and commission structures and supports internal and external sales channel development. The Sales Director reports directly to the COO and routinely collaborates with operational leadership on the development and implementation of shared, short and long- range goals to meet business and profitability growth objectives. The sales director will consistently work with leadership from both sales divisions, purchasing & procurement, as well as marketing and content to ensure strong, positive result-driven synergies between these departments, sales teams and our customers is achieved.
