Full description of the position
Position Overview: The Sales and Leasing representative is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and leasing process, including interacting with prospective and current residents, showcasing homes, processing applications, and maintaining a positive relationship with the community. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Leasing: * Actively market and sell new and used manufactured homes to prospective buyers. * Manage the leasing process, including showcasing homes, providing tours, explaining lease terms, and processing applications. 2. Customer Service: * Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from potential residents, current tenants, and community stakeholders. * Address resident concerns and follow up with maintenance and management teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. * Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Administrative Duties: * Process sales and lease applications, including credit checks, employment verifications, and other background reviews. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective and current residents, home sales, and leases. * Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legal regulations. 4. Marketing & Community Outreach: * Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to promote home sales and community occupancy. * Collaborate with the community management team to organize events and programs to attract new residents. 5. Property Tours & Presentation: * Conduct tours of the community and available homes, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and market-ready. * Highlight key features and amenities of the community to potential residents and home buyers. Requirements: * Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or real estate preferred. * Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or real estate, preferably in the manufactured housing or property management industry. * Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software (Rent Manager or similar) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $49,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In personConfidential Company
