Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Wireless Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their wireless needs. You will engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend the best products and services to enhance their mobile experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success. This is a face-to-face sales environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their wireless needs through effective communication. * Demonstrate product features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Process transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with precision. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize retail math skills to manage sales goals and track performance metrics. * Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer inquiries via phone. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment such as a grocery store or wireless sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is preferred. * Basic knowledge of retail math concepts to assist in sales tracking and performance evaluation. * A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others find solutions that meet their needs. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
