For more information about our company, please visit our website at [please apply online] Responsibilities : * Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen the TruAbutment brand * Represent the company and its products at trade shows and other speaking engagements * Acquire new leads, develop networks/connections with dental offices/laboratories and convert to sales * Visit dental offices and related organizations to establish relationships and foster new business * Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives * Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth * Report on regional sales results * Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions * Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Required Experience / Qualifications : * Sales experience to dental offices and laboratories is preferred * 1+ years of proven sales experience in the dental industry as a Regional Sales Representative or similar sales role * Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) * Driven and independent, with excellent communication skills * Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude * Able to travel as needed (valid driver's license required) Pay/salary will be commensurate with experience. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for all full-time employees will be fully covered by the company upon completing the initial probationary period.
