Sales in Print and Publishing/Point of Purchase & Display Transcendia is a leader in custom engineered materials for critical product components in a wide range of markets and applications. The company provides deep material science expertise, outstanding customer service, and trusted product reliability. *Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Print & Publishing business unit. This role focuses on managing an existing account base and identifying and cultivating new customer relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Territory Management: Maintain and Nurture relationships with customers to ensure a high-quality customer experience and repeat business. * Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry knowledge. * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement selling strategies to meet or exceed targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth. * Customer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. * Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customers' needs to proactively adjust sales approach. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as customer service, product management, and supply chain to ensure excellent service. * Organization: Forecast sales volumes based on current and historic order rates, maintain CRM database with current customers, and new opportunities.
