Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through the process of purchasing or selling properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favorable terms will be crucial in this role. R esponsibilities * 6 weeks of Ignite Training to boost career. * Lead Generate for 15 hours a week (open house, cold calling, SOI, leads) * Work with a productivity coach to build habits for success. * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings. * Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms. * Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale on behalf of clients. * Maintain an organized database of listings, client contacts, and transaction records. * Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations during all transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating regularly with clients to address their needs and concerns. * Attend open houses, property showings, and networking events to build relationships within the community. Qualifications * Valid real estate license in the state of Oklahoma or in process of studying for exam. * Proven sales experience; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is advantageous. * Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and tools is beneficial. * A proactive attitude with a commitment to professional development in the real estate field.
