Description: The ideal candidate will generate new business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales while supporting existing clients. Responsibilities * Meet established goals for territory and sales quotas. * Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers * Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily * Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers * Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts * Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally * Sell the company's products or services to customers within your given territory * Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs * Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. * Service existing clients. * E-mail log daily by pre-determined time to support person and sales manager documenting visits from previous day. * Distribute marketing material as needed to promote the sale and its' services. * Ensure proper representation of customer's units through correct information communication floor price, title status, run status, etc. * Selling of auction services to dealers. * Work well independently as well as a team player. * Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management. * Performs other duties as necessary. Requirements: * Marketing, Sales or related field preferred Not required but plus Bachelor's degree * 3+ years' experience in sales with strong track record of success * Experience in the automobile industry preferred * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals The above functions are not intended to be exhaustive and all inclusive.
