* Managing Day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to, maintaining a positive relationship between tenants, ensuring effective rent collection, maintenance/upkeep of the property, and ensuring compliance with local laws. * General understanding and usage of google workplace (formally known as G suite). * Administrative experience and general proficiency in property management software. * Proficency in both reporting and general communication. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Biloxi, MS 39531 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Biloxi, MS 39531: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
