Job Summary: We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments and providing top-notch customer service to prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of collections, including monthly balances as well as former accounts. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Duties & Responsibilities * Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads * Conduct property tours with prospective residents * Prepare leases and lease renewals * Respond to leasing inquiries via phone and in-person * Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents * Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies * Handle collections of past due accounts, both current and former Skills * Strong sales skills to effectively close leasing deals * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel * Miscellaneous other administrative duties * Knowledge of lease contracts and prior leasing experience a plus but not required Resumes can be sent via email.
