Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our business development team! You will be responsible for greeting visitors and callers and transferring them to the correct department and/or providing service information. We are looking for full-time candidates. Other responsibilities include: * Answer the phone in a polite, professional tone, transfer call to correct employee, or take a detailed message with convenient time and number for return call. * Log customer demographic information as requested. * Manage prospect-tracking system sending manager updates weekly. * Provide clerical support. * Prepare reports, correspondence and memos. * Help service department customers during peak hours. Qualifications: * Positive professional and courteous demeanor. * Ability to prioritize and multitask. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Some experience in customer service, sales or other related field preferred but not necessary.
