We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Billerica, MA location! Fren Management owns and successfully manages a diverse portfolio of apartments and real estate properties, covering a full spectrum of existing and emerging management needs. Skills/Qualifications: * Must have prior experience in Property Management. * Must have exceptional customer service skills and hard work ethic. * Must have a valid drivers license and pass a criminal background check. * Must be able to fulfill all company requests and guidelines and agree to follow company rules and guidelines. Responsibilities: * Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants. * Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests. * Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions. * Preparing and executing detailed legally compliant lease agreements. * Process lease renewals and follow up with tenants in a timely manner. * Answering telephone. * Traveling to nearby properties. * Bank deposits. * Other duties as assigned and requested.
