Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients. Duties * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. * Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing as needed. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. * Participate in sales administration tasks, including documentation and reporting. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred but not required. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
