Starting pay is $17/hr plus commission The Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving Sacramento & Northeast California is expanding! As our area of coverage expands, so does our need for qualified Senior Business Development Representatives. This is an inside phone position, dealing with business owners regarding BBB accreditation. Responsibilities: - Connect with customers to educate them on the BBB application process. - Meet and exceed monthly outbound call requirements and applications. - Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation. Starting pay is $17/hr plus commission Qualifications: - Ability to build rapport with clients and "hunter" mentality. - Passion for talking to people on the phones in a professional manner. - Computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus. - Spanish Language skills are a plus. - Reliable and strong work ethic. - Great energy and a great attitude.
