JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Confirmation Representative is responsible for confirming dates of travel for all guests who are within 21 days of arrival. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Make outbound calls (or receive in bound calls) to guests to confirm dates of travel * Inform guests of trade ups and discounts and make the exchange over the phone * Re-verify that customers are qualified * Re-schedule travel date if needed * Offer incentives to not cancel * Participate in training as required * Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner * Perform other related duties & special projects as requested * Participate in cross training in other marketing departments (Food & Beverage, Front or Tour Desk) * Provide backup as needed in Food & Beverage, Front or Tour Desk. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED * Ability to speak clearly and effectively * Positive and friendly attitude * Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations * Good customer service skills * Must be computer literate * Open availability for all shift times & days (7 days a week).
