Requirements of Business Development Rep - Healthcare Experience: * 2 Years + of Sales or Business Development Experience * Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required * Prior experience in the clinical medical field or healthcare sales * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, internal communication tools, online resources and experience using CRM solutions. * Valid Driver's License and ability for some travel * Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs * Pass a criminal background check * In state travel required * Valid Connecticut drivers license * Eligible to work in the United States * Ability to speak and write in English Benefits of * Company car * Base salary plus commission -OTE $75,000 to $120,000 * Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance * 401k with Match * Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal time * Working with warm leads Job Duties of Business Development Rep- Healthcare Industry * Identify and establish contact with potential customers * Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers * Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers * Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales * Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic * Generate and submit sales reports to management About Us: The HomeAides, LLC is a registered, Connecticut-based home care agency that provides private and affordable non-medical home care to seniors who require temporary or long-term assistance with activities of daily living.
