We are looking for a high energy VP of Sales who can SALE at a HIGH LEVEL, Recruit, Train, Motivate, and Inspire a sales force. Responsibilities * Lead a Sales Force of door-to-door sales to achieve and exceed sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction. * Sale, Recruit, Train, Motivate and Inspire. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. * Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Results-driven mindset with a record of accomplishments in meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
