J. Arthur & Co. is a rapidly growing digital marketing company. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment. This hybrid opportunity is available in Boston, MA. Compensation: 30% flat commission on all new business generated Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling * Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase revenue * Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns * Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services * Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders * Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (in business or marketing) or equivalent in professional experience * Proven track record of success in business development and sales * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills * Experience in digital marketing is a plus At J.
