Full description of the position
Job Summary Responsible for driving commercial service agreement growth and expanding our HVAC services. You will develop relationships with new clients, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Responsibilities * Conduct daily cold calls and in-person visits (drop-ins) to commercial properties within a 10-mile radius of our office. * Business Development: Identify and pursue new service agreement opportunities within the commercial HVAC market, including property managers, contractors, facility managers, and business owners. * Sales & Account Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Proposals & Presentations: Develop and present customized HVAC solutions and proposals to clients based on their needs and requirements by utilizing company software. * Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual service agreement and new business sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). These are service agreement sales and retention rates. Requirements * Experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly desirable. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results in a fast-paced environment. * Proven experience in territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
