Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the customer service team, sales team and other daily operations. * Develop and implement managerial policies and procedures. * Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. * Train and mentor fellow staff. * Conduct sales conversations and household policy reviews. QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior sales experience (required). * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Property/Casualty license (must current hold or obtain before start date). * Life/Health license (must be willing to obtain).
