* Generate sales revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with prospects. * Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to establish initial contact and qualify leads. * Build a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. * Accurately document and manage all activities in the CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot). * Conduct discovery calls to understand pain points and assess their needs for fintech solutions. * Communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services effectively. * Collaborate with account executives and Sales Directors to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities. * Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce to ensure accurate recording of prospecting activity, conversion success, and active sales opportunities at each stage of the sales process. * Express the value proposition and benefits of BizEquity's products and solutions and use this knowledge to ensure that solutions address clear business needs for the client. * Meet or exceed their monthly revenue and total annual revenue goals. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in a sales development role, ideally in fintech or SaaS. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales engagement platforms. * Desire to work in the software and fintech industry What We Offer: * Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses. * A collaborative work environment with ongoing training and professional development. * Career advancement into sales, leadership, or account management roles.
