Key Responsibilities: - Responding to event inquiries, emails, and phone calls - Ensure all events meet the criteria set in accordance with company policy and procedures - Giving facility tours - Work internally and externally to foster relationships with individuals, organizations and corporations that book events - Solicit new customer relations while maintaining existing relations with events - Prospect for new opportunities for booking events - Demonstrate the ability to be a Culture Curator. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven management experience in sales, event management, entertainment, food and beverage, and hospitality sectors within a high-volume location. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Event management a plus - Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, promoting a positive work environment. - In-depth knowledge of sales management - Fluent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite along with a basic ability to operate technology. - Common sense in abundance. - Prior experience in either a Golf/ Putting or Bowling environment is a plus but not a requirement.
