Job Title: Director of Sales Location: 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL (Holiday Inn Express and Country Inn Hotels) Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead sales operations for the Holiday Inn Express and Country Inn hotels located at 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue, drive bookings, and enhance relationships with O'Hare area businesses and airlines. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share for both properties. * Build and maintain strong relationships with O'Hare area companies to drive business and partnerships. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. * Collaborate with hotel management to ensure sales initiatives align with operational objectives. * Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Qualifications (Required): * At least 1 year of experience managing books of business with O'Hare area companies and airlines. * Proven success in hotel sales with a strong understanding of the hospitality market. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team.
