The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Tax Credit Apartment Leasing Specialist. Job Responsibilities: * Interacting with prospective residents * Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community * Securing lease agreements * Initiate the process to screen prospective residents * Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals * Assists with property marketing activities and resident events Required Qualifications: * Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing. * Apartment software experience is a bonus. * Valid I.D. Required * Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required. * Bilingual candidates are always in high demand. * Tax Credit in high demand. Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well! Great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in and work full or part time.
