SUMMARY: The Retail Sales Administrator plays a vital role in streamlining communication and providing operational support for the retail team. This position is responsible for generating sales reports, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with operations to ensure product accuracy and fill rates. * Monitor delivery routes daily and coordinate with transportation to meet delivery time windows. * Manage special orders, including entry, billing, and communication with production and shipping teams. * Research, authorize, and distribute customer credits as requested. * Partner with Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payment communication for retail accounts. * Track and communicate daily RPC counts. * Manage and communicate daily dock-off reports. * Handle incoming Itrade orders and oversee daily billing via Itrade. * Develop and maintain order guides and pricing sheets as needed. * Track, report, and bill multiple account programs. * Perform additional duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 3 years previous retail experience required * Understanding of marketing principles & retail merchandising fundamentals required SKILLS: * High level of creativity and flair * Excellent organizational & project management skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Outlook * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Able to work flexible hours, many times outside store open hours including prior to opening, after closing, holidays and weekends as needed.
