Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN NECESSARY INSURANCE PRODUCER LICENSES. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or concerns. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with sales administration to support outside marketing efforts. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information. * Assist in training new team members as needed. Skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes. * Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions. * Experience in sales administration or insurance sales is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is an advantage. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
