What You'll Do: Lead & Inspire - Manage and mentor a team of Leasing Consultants, fostering a culture of success, motivation, and high performance. Drive Leasing Success - Develop innovative marketing strategies, ensure top- tier leasing techniques, and oversee traffic generation efforts. Create Exceptional Resident Experiences - Build strong resident relationships and spearhead an engaging retention program. Stay Ahead of the Market - Conduct regular competitive market analysis to keep our communities positioned as top choices for luxury living. Ensure Excellence - Maintain high standards in unit showings, guest follow- ups, and leasing performance. What You Bring to the Table: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree a plus!) 2+ years of experience in luxury lease-ups, high-end retail, or a related field. A passion for sales, marketing, and team leadership in a high-energy environment. Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media to drive leads and engagement. Excellent communication & customer service skills--because first impressions matter!
