Full description of the position
Key Responsibilities: Manage all outbound sales and business development (i.e.; account research, dedicated call campaigns, CRM management). * Utilize the BearingPoint CRM tool to contact marketing-generated prospects and new leads from business directories and other sources. * Initiate conversations with prospects via phone and email to understand their needs and explain how BearingPoint products can fulfill those needs. * Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as lead qualification, selling strategies or marketing information. * Establish and maintain access to decision-makers and end-users in prospective client companies. * Keep detailed account records in the BearingPoint CRM tool. * Develop a deep understanding of ETM.next's product offerings and stay current on industry trends and internal product developments * Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive landscape. * Meet or exceed qualification targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. * Conduct outreach to prospects, deliver product demos, and showcase the value of ETM.next's offerings. * Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas. * Professional experience selling software solutions/platforms (SAP preferred) * Professional experience in Engineering and Construction industry (preferred) Qualifications: * Approximately 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, where the candidate has hit and exceeded quotas. * A results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic. * An entrepreneurial spirit, with a high level of initiative and perseverance. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to understand client needs and manage the negotiation process effectively. * Excellent time management skills. * Willingness to travel to trade shows and events as required. * Bachelor's degree in business or engineering * Preferred location is Chicago. Strong candidates located elsewhere in the Midwest will be considered. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000.
