B&F Fastener Supply 2400 Kerper Blvd Dubuque, IA 52001 Base Pay ($45,000-$55,000) + Commission Full-Time Shift(s): MON-FRI 7:30 am-5:00 pm B&F Fastener Supply, a leading provider of industrial and construction supplies with a strong history of customer satisfaction, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: * Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. * Sales Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques. * Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and industry trends. * Territory Management: Effectively plan and manage your sales territory. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications: * Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
