The Verizon Sales Representative is a pivotal entry level role within our Sales division, serving as a cornerstone for our clients' success in the Northeast. The Verizon Sales Representative will primarily focus on customer experiences and sales metrics, this position revolves around fostering authentic relationships with both new and existing clientele and creating memorable sales experiences on behalf of our clients. The Verizon Sales Representative will be responsible for making our customers' day easier, and more efficient, all while increasing client's revenue. Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Representative: * As a Verizon Sales Representative, conduct personalized customer discussions to discern their requirements and offer tailored product recommendations. * Deliver product presentations that resonate with the customer's preferences, lifestyle, and current needs * Engage with potential customers and facilitate the conversion process to close accounts and set up customers with services they were looking for * Ensure utmost customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and nurturing relationships * Address customer inquiries or concerns with integrity and professionalism, escalating significant issues from entry level staff to senior management * Maintain meticulous records of sales activities in alignment with Management and client compliance protocols * Continuously monitor sales and performance metrics to uphold strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction levels Required Skills/Abilities for the Verizon Sales Representative: * Relevant customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required * Exceptional communication skills, encompassing presentation and negotiation capabilities. * The Verizon Sales Representative will have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all interactions. * Collaborative team player committed to collective success. * Proficient problem-solving abilities to navigate various challenges. * Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic entry level role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,200.00 per month Shift: * Day shift Work Location: On the road
