Summary ServiceMaster of Charleston is seeking an Account Executive to join our team with the Commercial Division. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing current accounts within a well-developed territory, and building strong relationships with clients. Your dedication and experience directly support our mission to exceed expectations and provide top-quality services to our customers and clients. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. There will be occasional after-hours or weekend charity, marketing, or networking events that you will attend. These events are planned in advance. After-Hours calls and/or emails will need to be responded to in a timely manner. The Commercial Team will rotate After Hours " On-Call" Responsibilities on a weekly basis, and we are all available to our customers 24/7, as needed. Company Phone, Laptop, and Company Vehicle will be assigned for daily use. The ideal candidate is dependable, goal-oriented, and results-driven. They thrive in a team environment, prioritize excellent customer service and communication, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A drug screening and criminal background check will be performed on all applicants. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct warm calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. * Measure and provide floorcare cleaning service proposals for Carpet, LVT/LVP, VCT, Terrazzo, Tile & Grout, Upholstery, and Drapery * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Requirements * Proven experience in technical sales or account management, preferably in the cleaning or restoration industry. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. * Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. * Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis techniques is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Eager to learn various avenues for Cleaning Strategies- Ex: HVAC Duct Cleaning * Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
