As a Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing new partnerships and fostering strong relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for strategically identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from prospecting to contract development, and collaborating with various teams and our franchises to ensure our solutions align with client needs. You will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and recommend valued solutions that meet their business objectives. Your ability to drive sales, communicate effectively with franchise owners, and collaborate with our operations team will be key to your success in this role. Your coordination between franchises and strategic accounts will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets as well as ensuring alignment and achieving mutual success. * What Youll Do in This Role. * Strategic Prospecting & Sales Process: * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by strategically prospecting potential clients. * Champion a comprehensive sales process to develop new contracts while serving as a major resource for franchise partners in closing the deals. * RFPs & Franchise Communication: * Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). * Coordinate between prospective clients and Franchise owners, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Client Meetings & Needs Assessment: * Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs. * Assess prospects' needs and recommend valued solutions that align with their business objectives. * Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with the operations team to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and can be successfully delivered. * Align sales strategies with operational capabilities to present tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. * Sales Target Achievement: * Proactively drive the sales process to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. * Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance against sales goals. *This job description does not contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the position.
