Who We 're Looking For: We need a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a commission-based sales environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the freedom of setting their own schedule and wants unlimited earning potential based on performance. We are a start up so there will be a lot of room to grow with the company! What You 'll Do: This role requires a proactive, go-getter attitude with a focus on outbound sales and lead generation. Responsibilities include: * Cold calling potential clients to introduce our software. * Generating leads via email, LinkedIn, and social media. * Building relationships through virtual networking and outreach. * Occasionally visiting practices in person (as needed and where applicable). * Managing your own pipeline and tracking progress. * Earning commissions based on the new clients you bring in. * Having the opportunity to take on leadership roles as we expand. What We Offer: * 100% commission-based earnings --the more you sell, the more you make. * High commission rates , starting at 80% for the first month of each new client. * Remote position --work from anywhere with flexibility.
