DISPOSITION JOB DESCRIPTION We are a Real Estate Investment Firms located in Las Vegas, NV and we are looking for a Disposition Specialist to join our team. The team is growing at a fast pace, and this person will be groomed to take over the Disposition side of the business that supports and sustains this team. Compensation: (36K base+ commission (6%/8%/10%) WORK HOURS: * Monday: 9 AM - 6PM (Break 1PM - 3PM) * Tuesday: 9AM - 6PM (Break 1PM - 3PM) * Wednesday: 9AM - 6 PM (Break 1PM - 3PM) * Thursday: 9AM - 6 PM (Break 1PM - 3PM) * Friday 9AM - 5PM * 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month 9AM - 1 PM * Whenever a client needs assistance or business demands require additional hours Position Title: Disposition Associate Shift: Office Department/Cost Center: Office Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In charge of disposition - talk to other agents - build/create relationships - sell our deals and create organic lead sources as well for off market deals Add buyers to our buyer list by sourcing buyers via social media platform, God mode etc. Skip tracing and Calling buyers and obtaining their information to add to buyers list Research and analyze properties on the MLS - make 3-5 offers every day. Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers Schedule and show properties to buyers Clean up the current buyers list (getting everyone best contact number, buying criteria, etc.) Text/ Email blasting deals * Respond to all leads and close on them * Manage pipeline of prospects * Build rapport with potential buyers * Follow-up with Agents/buyers in a timely manner * Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system * Act as lead contact for agents and buyers * Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties * Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially * Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed * Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved * Close contracts in a timely manner * Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position * Attend business meetings and trainings as required * Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Position Requirements and Skills: * Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record) * Must be ambitious!
