Benefits for full time employees: * Competitive hour pay PLUS $75.00 new lease Commissions!! * Tuition Reimbursement * 80 hours of Paid Time off per year * Holiday Paid Time Off * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * Life and Disability Insurance * Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community * Take personal responsibility and pride in the "Curb Appeal" of the property * Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are "showing ready" at all times * Orchestrates all document preparation and signing with new community members * Responsible for ongoing creative marketing efforts through local outreach or postings on marketplace sites such as Craigslist * Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program while receiving mentorship from an experienced industry professional * Must be available Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Preferably 1 year experience in Customer Service or Client facing role. * Proficient in English and conversational Spanish * Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software * Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents Equal Opportunity Employer
