Job Overview We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. This is a part time position with a ton of flexibility to work around another part time job. Responsibilities * Complete maintenance requests on a timely manner. * Respond to all messages/ calls to tenants within 24 hours. * Mow yards if needed. * Help restore properties and prepare them for someone new.
