Sevierville TN RETAIL: We are looking for competitive retail help to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the products they desire. Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization. Retail Sales Associate Duties Responsibilities * Must be 18+ years of age * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately * A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn * Team-oriented mindset dedicated to providing outstanding customer service * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods * Capability of lifting a minimum of 15 lbs. * Essential Functions * Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Assist customers in locating products that suit their needs while providing accurate product knowledge. * Manage cash transactions, operate the register, and process payments accurately. * Assist with inventory management, product demand, and report on items that are underperforming. * Organize merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays. * Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. * Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions. * Participate in cleaning and restocking the store before opening, throughout the day, and after closing. * Arrive punctually, complete tasks efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities, especially during peak periods. * Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the company's uniform standards. * Function effectively in a noisy environment. * Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and management, promoting a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere that enhances employee morale, productivity, and efficiency. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.Benefits * Competitive pay * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Generous employee discount * Free admission to some local attractions * Starting pay depends on experience. * Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. * Equal Opportunity Employer Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
